The Territory Manager, Uro Pathways generates revenue for
Company by directly selling its products and services to offices
and hospitals in a distinct and assigned territory. The Territory
Manager is expected to produce a sales volume at or above
his/her assigned sales quota.
Meets and exceeds sales objectives assigned as quotas on a
monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Adheres to budget guidelines and requirements.
Sells products to medical professionals in offices and
hospitals, to include physicians, nurses, and managers.
Represents Company products and services in professional
and courteous manner.
In-services, educates, and trains customers on correct use of
products and services.
Demonstrates proficiency with device and treatment
Represents Company at trade shows and events as assigned.
Conducts regional meetings with the cooperation of the Regional
Sales Director/Manager on an annual basis (at a minimum).
Attends Company meetings as requested or assigned.
Informs Company management of competitive strategies, tactics
Communicates regularly with peers, his/her manager, internal and
external partners and clients.
Minimum 3 years demonstrated successful sales experience in
medical device or related field.
Physician selling experience in a physician office environment
Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade
and influence others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Used to work independently with a high level of time management
