Sales Pipeline Coordinator

Sunpro Solar is seeking a Sales Pipeline Coordinator. This role
is the formidable link between the Sales and Operations. This
position is an extension to the sales process, providing support,
and removing obstacles that delay the sale from being finalized.
The Sales/Operations Coordinator completes all the tactical and
strategical areas that may be missing after the Outside Sales
Representative leaves the customer home. This position reports
directly to the Pipeline Manager.
- Own the systems, processes, and activities that enable the
Sunpro sales organization to operate effectively, ensuring
consistency in sales processes across all geographic markets and
business units related to utilization of Salesforce.
- Communicate with sales, pipeline, and contract verification
teams to ensure timely project progression to business operations
- Deliver high-quality data to enable the Business Operations
team to be effective and efficient.
- Manage the process of assisting accounts to the sales team,
ensuring each account has been worked through.
- Refine, create and manage Salesforce dashboards for Sales
Leadership, that reflect key performance indicators for Business
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end residential solar sales
- Salesforce analytics and process flow development to ensure
optimal efficiency within Operations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across the various
functional groups within the business
- Ensuring major projects are implemented on time
- Project Monitoring and oversight
- Collaboratively working with all stakeholders to ensure timely
delivery of projects
- Undertake both qualitative and qualitative analysis of the
business and the industry more broadly to inform key stakeholders
in making informed decisions
- Manage, Coordinate, and provide support to sales and operations
- Feedback Loop documentation, interdepartmental trainings and
communication plans with all strategic development and
