Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. While reporting to the Syneos Health District Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan through the delivery of proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work within an assigned territory utilizing all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience.
  • Call on physicians, healthcare providers (HCPs) and healthcare clinic personnel.
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
  • Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.
  • Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Internship experience and/or Sales degree is highly preferred OR 2+ years Business-to-Business sales experience OR 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently or within a team environment
  • Ability to provide geographic coverage of target account
  • Must present strong analytical and technical skills working with MS Office
