Job Description:
A University in New Orleans has an opening for a Applications
Manager III to add to their IT Division, and specifically their
Grants Life-Cycle Management Team. This candidate will know how to
administrate those systems in the development, test, and production
environments. This person is a senior Operations team member.
Duties include interacting with customers, delivery, and operations
teams, and determining support requirements for Tulane
applications. This person will have strong communication skills and
will be very comfortable interreacting with vendors as well as
customers. This position is a permanent opportunity, sitting fully
remote as long you reside in the state of Texas, Louisiana or
Mississippi.
-Comes from an Agile environment
-Ability to write SWL Queries
-Hands on experience with Cayuse
-Scripting in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
-Has worked for a university
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
-3-5 Years of experience in a enterprise application support
role
-Experience with Research and Grant Life-Cycle Management
-Experience rolling out a new ERP System or Application
-Strong customer service skills
-Has experience communicating between customers and stakeholders
