• Sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring sales and marketing representatives.
• Partnering with Director, Talent Acquisition for your region.
• Partner with hiring managers in a variety of departments.
• Building a strong local network consisting of college students, entry level and experienced professionals.
• Planning and executing career networking events.
• Planning and executing a sourcing plan.
• Building a relationship with targeted colleges and universities. What should you bring to the table?
