SalonBiz's commitment to creating an outstanding experience for
each of our customersTaking calls, emails, and text requests from
SalonBiz customers; answering questions, working to resolve issues,
and ensuring our customers have the support they need to be
successfulSoftware training for customersMastering the SalonBiz
solution to provide customers with guidance on how to best use our
productProviding technical support, application installs specific
to SalonBiz, assist with printer troubleshooting, capturing
technical challenges for escalation, and learning Oracle SQL
developerTruly hearing the customer's needs, expressing empathy,
diving in to understand issues in their entirety, and striving for
a permanent resolution.Reducing cancellations by solving problems
and offering solutions to customers experiencing any
issuesExperience and Skills:Minimum one-year related work
experience requiredMust be friendly, professional, and committed to
creating long-term relationships with our customersStrong writing
and phone skills.Critical thinker and a willingness to
problem-solveA team player who performs well independentlyAbility
to multitask, take direction and execute with precisionMust be a
confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered,
