Job Description:
Description Responsibilities Responsible for inputting and
posting all incoming checks and other forms of electronic payment.
Responsible for data entry of incoming factoring schedules. Assists
in written (faxed and certified mail) and verbal verification of
invoices and maintaining files. Assists in written notification
(faxed and certified mail) to debtors and maintaining files.
Assists clients with research and various requests. Assists in
answering phones as necessary. Assists with reports and other
projects. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements Required Skills/Experience/Education High School
Graduate or equivalent plus 3 years experience in similar field
preferred. Excellent telephone skills. Excellent customer service
skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to
prioritize and handle multiple tasks simulatenously. Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to operate office
equipment (including, but not limited to fax, copier, calculator).
Ability to interact professionally with clients and co-workers.
Prior job experience a requirement, minimum 4 years, unless
applicant has a college degree. Excellent typing and PC skills
required. Strong attention to detail. Good mathematical skills.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and
working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at
times.
