support ATS and our government customer in New Orleans, LA. We

Solutions is seeking a Database Administrator to join a development
team supporting both established projects and building applications
from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader
and team player that is passionate about technology and committed
to lifelong learning, possessing the ability to apply their
technical knowledge, skills, and experience to solve
complex/real-world problems. Ability to obtain a Public Trust
Clearance to support Department of the Interior and our government
customer. This position is Remote. Essential Functions,
Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The
Senior DBA shall be responsible for all aspects of database
administration including: Provides Oracle system administration
services Providing hardware and software expertise in an enterprise
production and development environments to ensure that the systems
operate accurately and efficiently in response to user
requirements. Performing database migration, upgrades, patches,
tuning, backup, and recovery Design, maintenance, enhancement,
coding, and administration of relational databases. Analysis of
information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes,
data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting
capabilities. Review of business requests for data and data usage,
research data sources for new and better data feeds. Enhancing
performance and providing increased functionality, including
performing proactive maintenance such as ensuring continued space
availability, monitoring activity, and documenting problems,
changes, and solutions Performing threshold forecasting, sizing,
capacity planning, data loading and trend analysis Work Experience,
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong background in Oracle database
and infrastructure solutions including Oracle DB, Supercluster,
Exalytics, Real Application Cluster (RAC), and other related skills
and technologies essential in managing a RDBMS, OLTP and data
warehouses 5+ years of SQL Server Database Design and
Administration Experience in an enterprise environment Candidates
without a college degree will be considered, but must at least 7
years of direct SQL Server DBA and development experience Computer
Science or Information Technology degree or equivalent experience
Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a
professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low
to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a
standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to
moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands
to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with
hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the
incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must
be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate
amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move
up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and
