• Hiring immediately for all locations
• Paid classroom and in-field training, no experience required
• Guaranteed hourly base pay plus performance bonuses, where you can earn up to $800.00 to $1,200.00+ per week

• Represent high-quality products with the leading professionals in the industry Responsibilities:What Youll Do:
  • As part of our event and promotions team you will be working directly with customers to help them arrange a free in-home consultation with homeowners on our projects
  • We have exclusive relationships with big-box retailers where you will be actively speaking to customers
  • In addition to our retail locations, our events team also has the opportunity to work our booths at community events and home shows
  • You will work face-to-face with customers explaining our products and services to them, gauging their interest, and helping them schedule a free in-home consultation
  • Each day you will have conversations with new customers, discuss the needs for their next home remodeling project, and explain the benefits of our products
  • Your professional development will be our priority, we will provide initial and ongoing training to increase your communication skills, and presentation skills
  • Depending on your performance we have a management trainee program that new team members can get involved with in as little as six to nine months of meeting performance expectations

    • Must have scheduling availability between Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm with weekend availability
