The Service Coordinator will schedule and route all service calls
and maintain meticulous records of incoming calls. The Service
Coordinator also inputs billing for Services and makes collections
calls. Specific responsibilities include:
+ Monitor technician time tracking on a weekly basis, including
obtaining supervisor approval or other documentation for any
timesheet discrepancies as well as timely submission to Payroll
processor
+ Assist in new hire onboarding process and processing of IT
hardware & permissions requests as necessary
+ Assist in coding and approvals of vendor invoices
+ Open and track purchase order requests
+ Collection of associated documentation for processing customer
and vendor system set-up
+ Dispatching/routing multiple service technicians
+ Verifying job completion and accuracy of technician notes
+ Inbound/outbound phone calls
+ Scheduling service repairs and routine maintenance visits
+ Process and issue monthly maintenance invoices
+ Make collection calls for past-due invoices on a weekly basis
+ Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
+ Data entry and various administrative tasks
This position is Full Time, Non-Exempt, and reports to the Asset
Manager.
Required Education, Experience and Qualifications
+ Reliable with excellent attendance.
+ Possess the ability to multi-task efficiently at a high level in
a fast-paced environment.
+ Work well with others in difficult situations to solve customer
issues and achieve positive results.
+ Possess strong time management skills and ability to work under
time constraints.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Express a pleasant and welcoming tone over the phone.
+ Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work
ethic.
+ Experience in MS office, including Word, Excel, & Outlook.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in
a fast-paced environment.
+ Well versed in the industry and the Companys competitors.
+ Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties
outside of scope of work when necessary.
+ Accounting/cost analysis experience preferred.
Percentage of Time Commitment
+ Customer service calls (dispatching/routing service technicians,
scheduling) 50%
+ Administrative and accounting tasks, documentation, data entry
30%
+ Verifying job completion and accuracy of technician notes 20%
