Job Description:
Commercial Project Coordinator A Commercial Project Coordinator
is responsible for creating an effective schedule that exceeds
customer expectations and achieves financial goals. This person
exhibits a baseline technical understanding of general
construction, is tech-savvy, and committed to providing an
excellent customer experience. This role will report to the
Regional Construction Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Manage customer communication regarding scheduling and
appointments
- Coordinate with Operations Management team to ensure plans,
documents, tools, personnel and materials are available for
scheduling purposes
- Manage Kickserv CRM to ensure all functions are maximized for
improved communication and documentation
- Conduct daily audit to capture job documentation and track
technician performance
- Create an effective schedule ensuring accurate job assignment,
budgets, quality notes and ticket details, and a balance between
revenue and warranty tickets to meet customer expectations
- Prepare reports to track schedule efficiency, job completion,
and invoiced revenue
- Maintain 3rd party platforms and processes
- Provide weekly reports to communicate schedule capacity
opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and sales team to improve and
grow processes for the customer experience post -sale
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule
and / or budget
- Support Regional Construction Manager to create, implement and
improve processes
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks. KPIS:
- Financial goals
- Schedule efficiency %
- Customer Reviews (Podium - Google Reviews and Feedback)
Requirements
- 3+ years proven service experience
- Highly organized and very attentive to detail
- Well-spoken, clean appearance and good client manners
- Clean driving record, valid license and ability to drive small
and large service vehicles
- Drug free
- Ability to work 40-50 daytime hours per week
- Ability to increase ticket value with additional service sales
Benefits Salary starts at $55,000 based on qualifications, plus
monthly bonus of up to $1500 based on upsell ability. Benefits
include majority-paid medical, dental, vision insurance and
matching 401K program. Earned paid time off starts at two weeks
annually.
