Senior Research FellowLaw ClinicLocation: New Orleans, LASummaryThe aim of the Fellowship is to further the Fellows legal practice training and career development through direct representation of immigrant youth who came to the U.S. unaccompanied, including: Representing immigrant youth in juvenile court proceedings to determine if they were abandoned, abused, or neglected, Representing immigrant youth in seeking humanitarian immigration status, and Engaging in community intake and know-your-rights presentations to local immigrant rights organizations.Required Qualifications Recent (within 2 years) JD or LLM. Experience working in immigrant communities.Preferred Qualifications Experience in the immigration legal services field. Foreign language competency.by Jobble
