Join Our Team as an HRIS Administrator!

Support the daily operations and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry, system functionality, and user support. Collaborate with the HR team to optimize processes and maintain compliance with data security regulations.

At EMR USA, we're looking for an HRIS Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you'll lead in managing, configuring, and enhancing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Your expertise will ensure data accuracy, improve HR workflows, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

    System Maintenance & Support:
    • Assist with the day-to-day administration of the HRIS, ensuring system functionality and integrity.
    • Perform routine system updates, including patches and minor configurations, as directed by the HRIS Manager.
    • Provide first-level support to users by troubleshooting system issues and escalating complex problems when necessary. --- Data Management:
      • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and identify discrepancies.
      • Generate standard reports to support HR and leadership teams. Process Support:
        • Assist in documenting workflows and system processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
        • Support system testing for upgrades and new functionalities by preparing test scenarios and documenting results. User Training:
          • Provide basic training and support for HRIS users, including creating and maintaining user guides.
          • Respond to user inquiries regarding system functionality and best practices. Compliance & Confidentiality:
            • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) by maintaining data security and confidentiality.
            • Support risk mitigation efforts by following established data protection protocols. Vendor Coordination:
              • Communicate with HRIS vendors to address basic system issues or questions.
              • Assist in gathering requirements and feedback for system improvements.
                Qualifications:
                • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, ADP).
                • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
                • Basic understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality requirements.
