Job Description:

Essential Functions:Responsibilities:To provide general building maintenance for Company facilities, within the scope of ability. -1. - - - - - - - - To maintain job sites and shop area in accordance with good housekeeping and Company safety - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -standards.2. - - - - - - - - To assist Maintenance supervisor in performing assigned tasks.3. - - - - - - - - To maintain all tools and equipment in a clean, safe condition, including proper safeguards.4. - - - - - - - - To safeguard all tools and materials against theft.5. - - - - - - - - To follow all safety policies and procedures.6. - - - - - - - - To maintain the maintenance work area in a clean, organized, safe condition at all times.Skills and Abilities:1. - - - - - - - - Must be able to interact cordially and productively with a variety of people.2. - - - - - - - - Must be able to market Goodwill and explain the mission to the general public.3. - - - - - - - - Must be able to engage in prolonged standing, walking and in frequent bending, stooping, and stretching.4. - - - - - - - - Must be able to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including days, nights and weekends.5. - - - - - - - - Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 25 #=s frequently and 50 #=s occasionally.6. - - - - - - - - Must be able to function in a hectic work environment with occasional periods of high stress.7. - - - - - - - - Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.8. - - - - - - - - Must possess a valid drivers license.Requirements:General maintenance experience required.Working Conditions:Extreme physical exertion, exposure to inclement weather; exposure to chemical fumes and machine noise.Powered by JazzHR
