About the Position:
Crescent Bank is looking for a Lead Business Analyst who will
identify business challenges and opportunities for improving
Crescent Bank's auto portfolio performance and strategically solve
these challenges using data analytics.
During the first year, this role will be expected to develop and
implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending
products and lead product level data modeling and analytics. The
person in this role will also monitor the performance of a business
area to draw insights, make strategic recommendations, and
implement solutions to drive profitability.
What we are looking for:
To find success in this role, a candidate should have at least 5
years of experience in analytical work. This role will work closely
with colleagues and senior leaders, so a strong ability to build
relationships across the organizations will be crucial. A candidate
will also find success if they are results focused with the ability
to manage multiple projects to on-time delivery and success.
