Production Manager for a rapidly growing team of electricians and

construction, electrical construction, permitting, project
management software, and coordination with multiple trades across a

markets.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Recruit, train and manage teams,
including electrical, mechanical and roofing Plan, procure,
maintain, stock, and dispatch vehicles and resources Plan for
growth of department and obtain resources in advanceMaintain
production schedule and communicate internally and
externallyProvide regular formatted reports to managementManage
client, vendor and team communication Develop relationships with
subcontractors to ensure goals are metFully responsible for job
quality, site cleanliness and department expensesResponsible for
developing and controlling project budgets and department
budgetScheduling and planning crew meetings/training and meetings
with other departmentsUnderstanding solar construction process and
final deliverables fullyTracking of project tasks, milestones,
material orders, and schedules using project management
softwareFiling and organizing project documents in company
databaseCompiling installation packet for field teams based on
provided engineering designs.RequirementsAssociates Degree or
greater3+years construction managementPositive, energetic attitude,
and ambitious with self-motivation and disciplineHighly organized
and able to prioritize in high-volume environmentAbility to engage
with clients and meet expectationsProficiency in business software
- Microsoft Windows 10, Excel, WordProficiency in standard internet
tools and etiquette - email, cloud services, searchReliable
transportation, valid license, clean driving
