Job Description:
*Responsibilities: ** Ensure SHE compliance with regulatory and
corporate standards in all operations* Direct all aspects of the
day-to-day production operations in the company level of
organization to ensure on time cost effective delivery and
performance in accordance with the corporate objectives, strategy
and plans.* Provide staff and areas with the necessary resources to
execute their job duties.* Lead all operations functions (QSHE,
production, maintenance, projects and engineering, continuous
improvement) to assure delivery of KPI* Lead and drive initiatives
to stablish a world class safety culture at TMinerals. Lead all RCA
for safety incidents.* Lead safety at the plant he/she leads.*
Leads necessities identification and quantification, for Capex and
priorities which contributes to integrate the country Capex
Budget.* Optimize capacity of the production assets.* Continuously
update production capacity calculations. In coordination with
Supply Chain and sales team, elaborate the multiannual analysis of
capacity vs demand, so capacity expansion projects are timely
executed to ensure all forecasted sales.* Lead implementation of
maintenance and certification of the integrated management system
(ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 22000)* Lead energy
(electricity and fuels) optimization projects. Define and measure
energy performance KPI's* Lead operations in compliance with
corporate standards and local regulations.* Warehouses management
and operations: spare parts, packaging materials, finished
products*Experience: ** Minimum 5 years as Plant Manager.* Highly
desirable: Previous experience on non-metalic mining processing
industry.* Strong technical background, highly orientated to
understand details of technical production process.* Leading
multidisciplinary technical, operative and administrative teams*
Desirable: Risk Factor, STOP program, Safety start, Bradley
Curve*Language: *English 90%, Spanish 90%Job Type:
