TEAM MEMBER CAN MAKE OVER 125KWe're looking for someone who is willing to learn from us, is sales driven and is looking for a great opportunity for a long term career.CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATORGarcia Roofing is looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team. They are responsible for maintaining their closing rate, gross profit and sales goals. We generate more than 400 leads per month and are looking for people who can close those leads. We offer an uncapped commission structure with the potential to make a six figure income, year one.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

• Climbing ladders and walking roofs to diagnose roof damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers from start to finish of a project.
• Responsible for closing pre-qualified leads set up by our office staff.
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in Garcia's CRM system.
• Make repair or upgrade recommendations based on Garcia's offered products.
• Learn the insurance process and educate the customer.
• Meet with licensed insurance adjusters.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to use a ladder and safely access the roof.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills.GENERAL INFORMATION:
    • Base salary plus an uncapped commission.
