Intralox, L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person to join its global Manufacturing Operations group as a Business Analyst. This position will be responsible for analysis on strategic projects, capacity planning, developing & reporting metrics, and empowering business leaders to make data driven decisions. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Improvement Team Manager and work closely with independent and cross-functional groups across the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Analysts across Manufacturing (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly, and Procurement) to refine and report on operating metrics
• Maintain production metrics and the Power BI model so that production teams have up to date information
• Leverage data and work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Leaders to help them make good business decisions
• Labor content analysis and optimization across Injection Molding and Assembly
• Provide analytical support for strategic projects, such as new facilities, new IT systems, manufacturing methods, labor optimization, and inventory & replenishment strategies
• Develop justifications for capital investments on capacity, automation, and systems
• Manufacturing process optimization - continuous improvement focus
• Draft and present department update presentations
• Manage and Update data systems and data tables
• Assist with the development and maintenance of BI Reporting Models Requirements:
  • 1-3 Years' Experience in Manufacturing, Investment Banking, Consulting or Coding
  • Degree Required. Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science Degree Preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including VBA Required; Power BI Experience Preferred
  • Experience with ERP, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Preferred; Preference given to those with Warehouse Management, MRP, Advanced Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Self-Starter - does not need to be told what to do once expectations are set
  • Principled thinking with eye towards simplification and continuous improvement
  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented with a high attention to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment
  • Experience leading diverse teams, including members from global business departments and vendors preferred
