Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Innovative Cement
Plant Construction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical evaluation and development of the cement plant
project, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
Manage the entire construction process, ensuring quality control
and adherence to safety standards
Oversee capital project management, including budget management,
securing investments, and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA or
master's degree preferred
8+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale capital
projects
Experience with industrialization and launching R&D and
innovation programs
Strong knowledge of permitting and regulatory requirements for
industrial construction projects
Experience in cement or building materials and understanding of
electrochemical processes is highly desirable
