Role and ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales to our existing regional/national/international customer base and as well as generate new accounts within the same area. The employee will use very good communication skills, organizational skills, and product knowledge to provide customer service and sell/up-sell while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining and/or establishing ongoing relationships.DutiesEmployee will:Complete administrative tasks relative to sales and marketing, will handle samples and catalogs, and study videos and product demos to immerse oneself in our products with a focus on self education. Employee will also quote prices, verify purchase orders, place orders, track shipments, issue credits, and follow up with customers.Create informative emails to established customers and leads regarding new products, seasonal items, promotions and follow- up with the same customers/leads.Complete bid pricing and set up in computer systems; cold call Casinos throughout the United States;Make sales calls from leads and follow up on leads to establish ongoing relationships; work with outside sales to source and procure special orders.Required Physical DemandDaily physicality of job while in office is minimal. Employee should be able to push, pull and grab to move items weighing up to 50lbs less than 20% of workday.Although travel is minimal in the event employee will prepare for and attend/work trade shows and/or demonstrations employee will pack large rolling boxes and must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods. Must be able to safely use basic hand tools, climb up and down ladders, clean, prep and set up booth. Assist with tear down of booth. Hours of work during trade shows and onsite demonstrations can be as many as 16 as opposed to 8/9 hour days when not traveling.Required SkillsSelf- starter; independent thinker and problem solver; professional demeanor; excellent written and verbal communication; extremely organized; adaptable requiring minimal supervision; ability to travel as company needs dictate.Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM.1 year sales experiencePreferred Skills2-4 years sales experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $37,000.00 per yearBenefits:
