Overview:MaxHome is hiring full-time Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in New Orleans, LA, with average earnings between $80,000 to $120,000 in the first year of employment, and between $100,000 to $150,000 on average with tenure! As an outside sales representative, you'll be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will refine your communication skills and negotiation tactics to excel in this role. To set you up for success, our marketing teams supply you with pre-qualified leads. We do the legwork - You do not have to generate your clients. We'll train you well and give you the support that you need to grow. We will train you thoroughly and quickly. Then, we'll watch you earn more money than you thought possible at this stage of your career.
Responsibilities:What You'll Do:

  Learn our primary Kohler product lines
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
  • Deliver interactive presentations on our product design and services to homeowners
  • Help customers decide on their project of choice, offering the best options to suit their needs
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibilityQualifications:What You'll Bring:
