We're looking for Customer Service Representative , working in BPO industry in Covington, Louisiana, United States.

• Answer customer queries and resolve issues via appropriate channels
• Maintain knowledge of our products and services
• Obtain customer feedback

  Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of Customer Care experience
  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as salesforce sales cloud, may be required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Upselling skills.
