for. Freelance Freight Broker – Benefits and Compensation: 1099
contractor model – full autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and
flexible structure Multiple compensation models based on your book
of business: Uncapped commissions with an option for base salary
($200K possible) Custom structures available for higher or lower GP
Flexible compensation plans based on your gross profit and goals

Freelance Freight Broker – Requirements & Qualifications: 1 year of
experience as a Freight Broker or similar role Must have an active,
verifiable book of business Proven ability to close deals and grow
accounts independently Willingness to operate on commission-driven
compensation Not reliant on load boards for sourcing freight Track
record of closing business and maintaining client relationships
