Job Description:

brain health, we are looking for a Psychiatry Area Sales Manager to
promote our innovative psychiatric medications. Based out of
Deerfield, IL, this role is pivotal in enhancing our outreach and
impact in managing brain diseases. The Area Sales Manager will be
responsible for leading a team of specialized sales
representatives, ensuring they achieve sales targets and adhere to
Lundbecks ethos of clinical excellence and patient-centric care.
You will develop strategic sales plans, analyze market trends, and
engage with key healthcare providers to expand our market share and
improve the lives of patients dealing with psychiatric disorders.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives specialized in
psychiatric products. Develop and implement strategic sales plans
based on market analysis and company goals. Maintain strong
relationships with healthcare professionals and key
decision-makers. Monitor team performance and sales metrics to
ensure targets are met. Provide training and support to the sales
team on product knowledge and market dynamics. Ensure compliance
with all regulatory norms and ethical guidelines in all activities.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent
interpersonal and networking abilities. In-depth knowledge of
psychiatric products and market needs. Proven ability in strategic
planning and execution. Ability to analyze complex data and market
