Average annual earnings for our Field Sales Representatives are
between $120,000 - $130,000. Full-Time | W2 Employee The home

We Offer · Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 per year on average in
commission based on performance · ALL leads are provided to you ,
no cold calling or door knocking! 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified
appointments a day! · PAID training! · Motivated and high

About the Role In this position, you will: · Spend time with
customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs
while providing outstanding customer service. · Absolutely NO
cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm &
pre-confirmed. · We want you to be able to focus on doing what you
do best – selling! · Learn our primary product lines, presentation,
and negotiation skills · Work closely with leadership and mentors
to achieve milestones · Apply consistent effort and great attitude
to meet planned sale goals/quotas · Promote company products and
services · Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts ·
Provide best-in-class customer experience · Work a full schedule,
including evenings and Saturdays Key Qualifications · Ability to
work evening and Saturday appointments · In-Home Sales or Business
to Consumer Sales experience is a plus! · Must be self-motivated
and results oriented · Positivity, flexibility, determination and a
persuasive personality · Exceptional customer service · Ability to
meet and exceed goals · Works successfully without requiring close
supervision · Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid
