Job Description Job Description ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program 2-Month Intensive Training for Future Commercial Real Estate Agents Unpaid • High Commitment • High Opportunity The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is a focused, two-month immersion designed for individuals who are ready to launch a career in commercial real estate brokerage. This program is built for people already licensed or obtaining their license during the program, and who want to hit the ground running with real skills, mentorship, and momentum. What You’ll Do As an ELIFIN® Apprentice, you’ll start building the habits, disciplines, and knowledge base that allow new agents to ramp quickly. Over the two-month program, you will: Become an expert in your specialized area of focus. Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle. Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling. Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours. Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development. Work alongside high performers who move fast and expect excellence. This is an action-driven, high-intensity environment designed to prepare you to become and succeed as a full-time agent.
